This guide will give you a quick and simple rundown on how you can reset your password.
1. Start by entering your email in the login screen, and click "Continue".
2. Once you find yourself at this step in the login process, click "Forgot password?"
3. You will then have the option to have an email sent to your email address, which will contain a one-time code. Click the Send email button to send it, and do not close the browser window
4. After sending the email you will be asked to verify your identity by entering the one time code (6-digit code) which you sent to your email through the previous step of this guide.
Within the next minute you will receive an email containing your one-time code. Find it in your inbox, and enter the code into the boxes below "Verify your identity" in your browser (see step 4).
Note: The email is sent from [email protected] - if you do not see it in your inbox after a minute, check your spam inbox or email security settings.
5. The last step is to set a new password. Once you have decided on a new, strong password, press "Update password" to complete the process.
