Self-evaluation form template
This is a template for a questionnaire that can be used when sending out the self-evaluation. The form should be reviewed and anchored internally in the company.
It is possible to add or change both sections and individual questions.
Report template (in Norwegian)
A report template for use in statutory reporting by the end of June 2023.
Although the report will not be completed until June, it may be a good idea to have a review to get an overview of what information is required.
