By clicking the search bar in the upper right of the page you can search for suppliers and contract titles
💡Tip: To quickly open up the search bar, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+K (or Cmd+K if you're on Mac) anywhere in Ignite!

Help Center, News, and Chat
In the lower left corner you will find the Help button. By clicking it you can access:
Recent chats: At the top of the help page you can quickly access the most recent chat you have had with our support team.
Help Center: Here you will find documentation for using the solution, through our help center (you are here now).
Note that the English help center is the best alternative to use. Our Norwegian version of the help center only contains articles on the Transparency Act.
Use Cases: Short introductions to different usage areas Ignite cover.
Platform Status: Used to view our uptime and check the status of the platform.
Contact support: If you need live support from us, this is where you can go to send us a message.
Tickets: An overview of all the bug tickets you have submitted to our support chat.
Notification log

In the top right of the platform, you can see a bell icon. Clicking this icon opens up the Notification log. This log contains info regarding the progress for processes users or integrations within your workspace have started.
The Activity tab within this log contains updates for submitted responses to any Evaluations or Requests you have sent. Alerts on contracts you are the contract owner of will also be shown here.

Workspace settings
At the bottom left of the page you can click Data & configuration -> Settings to access workspace settings. These settings are applied to your entire workspace, so all users will see the same.
Note: Only admins can access the most important options within settings.
You'll find yourself in the General settings page at first, which looks like this:
In the General settings page, you will have the following options:
Change the name and logo of your workspace.
Enforce Social Sign-In for all users to add an extra level of security.
Change the display currency your workspace uses.
Do note that the display currency chosen is what all users will see. It is currently not possible to set different display currencies for different users.
Delete the workspace. Do not worry though, we can undo this if done by mistake.
Other than general settings, you'll also find Users & Roles, Chart Colors, API Tokens, and Support Access in settings.
User Profile Settings
User Profile Settings
By clicking on the profile icon in the top right of the screen, you can choose "View Profile" to access the basic settings for your user.
In the user profile you can change:
Your first and last name as it shows in the solution
Your preferred language (English or Norwegian)
Change your password, enable Social Sign In and MFA by going into "Authentication"

We appericiate any feedback we are given, and use it regularly to improve our product. To send us feedback you can click Give feedback in the left corner, which will open a prompt where you can write anything you like.
Note that you can toggle whether or not you would like to be contacted regarding the feedback.
If toggled, we may contact you if we would like to ask follow-up questions on the feedback, or to inform you that your feedback has resulted in updates to Ignite.
